How can you help your fellow co-workers at theSPACE:
Anything tech related; especially architecture for scale and AWS. Physical product distribution; we sell worldwide online via Amazon and Shipwire. We are also being onboarded into a major retail store in the USA. Plus he has great connections into Sydney, Melbourne and Silicon Valley eco-systems.

What are some of your hobbies/interests:
If I'm not sipping a Pina Colada or getting stuck in the rain; I'm hiking, diving or sailing!

If you could be any superhero, who would you be and why:
Superman!! Now, a staple of the superhero mythology is, there's the superhero and there's the alter ego. Batman is actually Bruce Wayne. Spider-Man is actually Peter Parker, when that character wakes up in the morning, he's Peter Parker. He has to put on a costume to become Spider-Man. And it is in that characteristic Superman stands alone. Superman didn't become Superman. Superman was born Superman. When Superman wakes up in the morning, he's Superman. His alter ego is Clark Kent.. *Points if you get the reference but really I would like to be Gambit from X-men

As a trekking organisation we have the ability to help fellow members of theSPACE travel overseas (or in Australia) and see some spectacular, often remote countryside and local culture in places not many people get a chance to travel to.

What are some of your hobbies/interests:

A recently ‘retired’ amateur triathlete, I enjoy slotting in CrossFit around my wife and kids, taking our Golden Retriever/hairy-human-wannabe for a run, drinking coffee (lots of it) and sleeping past 6am!

How can you help your fellow co-workers at theSPACE:
Physical delivery of presentation’s and preparing business mapping so as Pitchers are aware of any questions that they may have to respond to, ensuring they have the knowledge at hand in the heat of the moment. I can also help with video equipment and editing (I am no expert in this field). My experience in may varied businesses may also come in helpful.

What are some of your hobbies/interests:
Bushwalking, Toastmasters, photography, diving (neglected this for a while) and training.

If you could be any superhero, who would you be and why:
Probably Superman so as I could clear the desk in the blink of an eye, wouldn’t have to wait in airport lounges, could bugger off and get lost at a moment’s notice, (out of the range of mobile phones), not having to worry about fuelling the vehicle and would only have one set of work clothes in the wardrobe. Plus when the computer played up I could hurl it into the next universe, which would give enormous satisfaction.

With the introduction of Dave into the business, I can now concentrate on my preferred areas of Business Development and Sales.

I enjoy leading treks and will take on three this year: to Lombok, Central Australia and Kokoda. In the copious amounts (??) of spare time I have, I love keeping fit and spending time with my family, including 4 beautiful grand-children, 2 here in Cairns. I also love to travel.

If you could be any superhero, who would you be and why: this is the easiest question on this sheet!  Superman, do I need to say more …really!!   My why is a little different, he was the first superhero I seen at the cinemas and it was special because my 2 big brothers took me and I fell in love with Christopher Reeves sad but true.  My Kids can verify this as they have been exposed to this movie repeatedly.
